Nike Dunk High Premium December 2008 Quickstrike "Big Gulp"

This is what we have to look forward for Christmas this year. I actually think the pair looks good in this picture. The two colors are complimentary providing some Christmas cheer to all you Scrooges. The colorway is allegedly based off 7-11's Big Gulp. I always want to get a a closer look before I buy to check out materials and slide my foot in. Happy holidays.

Nike Blazer Premium "Milkcrate" "Flymilk" white/orion blue DS Size 10.5 US

It is a tribute on Nike SB's behalf to Jeff and the Fly Skateshop he started in Shanghai after quiting his previous job working at a milk processing plant. The theme of the Blazer involves a missing person ad on a carton utilizing the same color scheme as a milk carton in China (the Chinese characters on the heel translate to milk). Due to the countless amount of time spent by Jeff, this can be related to being "missing" hence the use of his picture on the heel tab. The shoe was designed by Matt Irving.

Nike Dunk High Premium "Thrashin" white/chlorine blue DS Size 10 US

Nike SB is honoring the Old School this year with special Dunk releases to celebrate skateboarding icons of the 80s. Two colorways of Dunk Lows have already been seen that were inspired by circa 80s skateboarding video games and now we have info about the Thrashin’ Dunks.
Thrashin’ was initially released in ‘86 in days long before the average skateboard had a matching nose and tail with the wides “Old School” shape limited the tricks that could be performed, but instead forced the rider to be much more resourceful and creative.

Nike SB Verona Slip-On

Although Nike SB has kept the Verona model under wraps since the release of their inaugural cement print joints, we now see a grey colorway making its way into select SB accounts. The shoe features a sleek waterproof upper with brown accenting, definitely a clean and simple aesthetic.

Triumvir x Fly x Nike SB Dunk Mid Beijing

Triumvir x Fly x Nike SB Dunk Mid Beijing

The inspiration and concept of the shoe was based on “a Beijing native’s perspective of their own city, with the slogan skate towards Tienanmen Square.” The Dunk Mid is going to be a special edition for fly’s Beijing shop and the first Nike shoe ever to be named after China’s great northern metropolis, “Beijing.” They were asked to incorporate the following categories of what Beijing is known for into the design of the shoe: dust, traffic, highways, noodles, Tienanmen Square, and the capital of China. Above are a few pictures of the design phase that they sent to Nike and the actual shoes they received.

More Info from Triumvir

I hope to see these at UNITE soon.
